The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified Vendors to provide community outreach and enrollment assistance to New Hampshire individuals eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) regarding the eligibility and application processes, and to correct misperceptions about this nutrition program in communities.
