RFP: Lawn Maintenance Services
Section 1: Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for providing lawn maintenance services for all
school buildings and sites within the district. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Regular grass cutting on a 7-10 day cycle during peak growing season and a 10-14 day cycle as
growing slows.

Weed eating, edging, blowing, and spraying in and around parking lots, structures, fences,
etc…

Trimming of hedges, trees, and bushes in flower beds and in areas around buildings.

Provide regular ground cover with pine straw or mulch in flower beds

Regularly weed flower beds

Mulching leaves and picking up sticks and debris around facilities during the fall and winter

Provide other lawn maintenance needs as they arise
Section 6: Proposal Submission
Interested contractors must submit their proposals no later than Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 12
Noon.Late submissions will not be considered. Proposals should be sent to:
