Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD) will develop a multicultural, strength-based live-action video as part of the Keep Talking 2.0 campaign.

We’re seeking a qualified video production provider to develop culturally and linguistically tailored live-action video advertisements for the campaign.

We strive to help parents and caregivers prevent underage use of alcohol, cannabis, and vaping through positive messaging that reinforces connection, trust, and clear expectations.

The video will highlight parents and caregivers as protective factors in youth health and well-being.

We’re looking for a provider who has both strong technical expertise and demonstrated experience creating cultural and linguistically responsive content. This project requires not only high-quality video production and design, but also a deep understanding of how culture, language, and lived experience shape prevention messaging.
