RFA-2027-OCOM-02-MULTI: Multidisciplinary Team

Division of Legal and Regulatory Services

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Legal and Regulatory Services (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications (“Solicitation” or “RFA”) from qualified Vendors to serve as members of the Multidisciplinary Team, as required by New Hampshire RSA 135-E and New Hampshire Administrative Rule He-C 701, to assess and evaluate whether a person convicted of a sexually violent offense who is eligible for release from total confinement meets the definition of a sexually violent predator.

Qualified Vendors include the following: Psychologists with a doctoral degree from an American Psychological Association accredited program and Psychiatrists certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology who maintain a valid and unrestricted license in the state in which they practice and with specialized training or experience in the area of treatment and diagnosis of sex offenders.

The Department anticipates awarding two (2) or more contracts to ensure coverage availability for the services in this Solicitation.
