RFP-2027-DBH-13-TECHN: Technical Assistance for the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Continuum of Care System
Division for Behavioral Health (DBH)
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide technical assistance (TA) to the entities within the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) service system statewide, in order to bridge gaps between research, policy, and practice, resulting in increased workforce capacity, knowledge and expertise on the changing environment of health care, substance misuse and recovery support systems. The selected Vendor must develop and provide resources, including:
- Providing eLearning and in person training opportunities;
- Assigning a facilitator or use virtual meeting logs (for online sessions) to monitor engagement;
- Building program and system-level capacity;
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across the service system; and
- Identifying and engaging with qualified presenters to deliver training opportunities to the covered population.
