Sealed bids for Engineering Design Services For Rand Road Culvert Rehabilitation shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 2:30 p.m., March 26th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read, or by submitting via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. Late and/or faxed proposals shall not be accepted. All proposals shall remain open to acceptance for ninety (90) days from their opening. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified.
