RFP-2027-DBH-01-SERVI: Service to Science
Division for Behavioral Health (DBH)
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, (Department), is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (“Solicitation” or “RFP”) from qualified Vendors to identify and support service programs with becoming statewide NH-endorsed, research informed Service to Science prevention programs while also providing consultation, technical assistance and evaluation support to assist current Service to Science prevention programs to improve the quality of their programs or practices, in accordance with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) process guidelines.
