Bid #26084 Furnish Ammunition to Police Department
Sealed bids for furnishing Ammunition for the City's Police Department, shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid Number in the subject line will be received until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 21, 2026 when they will be opened and read.
All bids shall be held open to acceptance for ninety days from their opening. Please include a copy of your company’s latest W-9 with your bid.
Copies of the above documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office either by email purchasing@portlandmaine.gov or phone (207) 874-8654. Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal form and each set of plans.
