26-09 - Rawhide Trail Phase 3-1 Contract Documents

THE CITY OF FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS (herein called the "Owner”), invites sealed bids for its project, Rawhide Trail Phase 3. Sealed bids will be received by the Owner at the office of the Purchasing Agent until Wednesday, April 15 at 10:00 am, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. City of Farmers Branch normal business days are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and shall be closed on recognized holidays. Any bid received after the closing time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that any bid submitted shall have sufficient time to be received by the Purchasing Agent before the time and date stated herein. The receiving time in the Purchasing Agent’s office will be the governing time for the acceptability of the bids.
