MPA 541 scope of service is to provide annual testing and preventative maintenance and repair on the backflow prevention devices that are installed on water services for the State, town or municipal water supply agency that uses these devices. Bidders must hold backflow certification number, issuing authority and provide certification expiration date to insure acceptability of test results per the issuing water supply agency.
