Rhode Island College is seeking qualified vendors for the removal and replacement of the membrane roofing system at the Kauffman Building, located on the East Campus along Salisbury Road. The project includes complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system and insulation, and installation of a new membrane roofing system. Work shall also include removal and replacement of associated roofing components, including edge metal, fascia, flashing, scuppers, gutters, downspouts, and roof drains. The project further includes limited siding removal and replacement.
