The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to establish a requirements contract for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and accessories for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles for Chesterfield County (“the County”) and Chesterfield County Public Schools (“CCPS”). For purposes of this RFQ, “the County” and “CCPS” are synonymous, except where otherwise required by context or law. Parts and accessories shall be provided on an “as needed” basis. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards in order to achieve the County’s desired outcome. The complete Request for Quote can ONLY be viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitations and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes and email submissions will not be considered.
