Sealed proposals to provide Engineering Services Portland West Commercial Street Path Phase III WIN: 029380.00, shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Bid Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. All bids shall be submitted on the attached form and are to remain open for ninety (90) days after their opening. Late and/or faxed bids will be rejected.
