INVITATION TO BID ALEXANDER STREET SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT

The City of St. Clair Shores requests bids for the sewer separation along Alexander Street between Little Mack and Manhattan. The project will consist of the installation of 1,465 LF of sewer, to include manholes and catch basins, and a full road reconstruction. The anticipated start date is July 15, 2026, and substantially complete by October 30, 2026, and final completion by November 15, 2026.

Deadline: Tuesday June 2, 2025, 11:30 am (EST).

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, May 18th, 2026, at 1:00 pm
