Project Description: Provide a complete turnkey solution for the retrofit, upgrade, and commissioning of multiple crane cable reel control systems located at Barbours Cut and Bayport Container Terminals. The work shall include all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, software, integration, testing, and documentation required to deliver fully functional and operational systems.
