RFP: Legal Services Public Works Construction Contract
The Department of Environmental Services (DES) functions as the City of Rochester’s public works department and is responsible for the design and construction of the City’s capital improvement projects. The City is looking for an experienced partner to provide template contract documents to be used across multiple and varied public improvement projects, incorporating current rules, regulations, and jurisprudence to ensure that the City’s interests are protected and construction projects can advance efficiently.
We seek a Consultant with demonstrated expertise in construction contract law. The City is specifically interested in firms with experience working on public works construction contracts and with experience litigating contract issues.
