Bid #26097 Back Cove Stairs Reconstruction Project Mackworth Street and Chenery Street at Baxter Boulevard

The City of Portland is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for the removal and reconstruction of stone stairs linking Mackworth Street and Chenery Street to Baxter Boulevard. Sealed bids for The Back Cove Stairs Reconstruction Project shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Bids may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late bids shall not be accepted.
