Liberty Bridge Handrail Replacement

The City of Greenville, SC-Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the complete removal of the existing Liberty Bridge in Falls Park handrail and the installation of a new stainless-steel handrail with integrated lighting system, such as IRAIL PODS, Lumenpod 16 or equivalent system. Located in Falls Park at 601 S. Main Street, Greenville SC the Liberty Bridge is an iconic feature of Falls Park and downtown Greenville. The handrail and lighting are key elements to the architectural integrity of the bridge and for safe pedestrian use at night.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, June 11, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., May 26, 2026.
