Design Services for Swamp Rabbit Trail Wayfinding Master Plan

The City of Greenville is seeking proposals for planning and design services for a Wayfinding Master Plan for the City of Greenville’s portions of the Swamp Rabbit Trail Network, currently encompassing approximately 10 miles of pathways. The project consists of inventory of existing wayfinding, placement plan(s) for proposed wayfinding, full wayfinding package development, regulatory and safety signage design, stakeholder coordination, updated logo and branding, cost estimating and phasing as deemed necessary, value engineering, and obtaining any necessary approvals and permits for construction. Adherence to City of Greenville design and branding standards, Development Code signage regulations, and regulatory requirements will be mandatory.
