Outline of Work: The work under this contract is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of (135) 8-foot-long HDPE pile wraps. Provide other miscellaneous repairs shown on the Plans or described in the Specifications.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:
It is mandatory that all prospective bidders attend a pre-bid meeting at the Ocean Gateway Terminal, 14 Ocean Gateway Pier (N 43.65990 W -70.24673) on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:30am. Only those firms represented at this meeting may bid on the project. Copies of the above documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office either by e-mail purchasing@portlandmaine.gov or phone (207) 874-8654. Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal form and each set of plans.
