BID #2281-27 FLOORING INSTALLATION

INVITING INFORMAL BIDS FOR REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE OR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OVER $75,000 AND UP TO $220,000, AWARDED PURSUANT TO THE “INFORMAL BIDDING” PROCEDURES OF THE CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT (“CUPCCAA”)

Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District will receive up to, but not later than, July 1, 2026, 1:00 p.m. local time, and will then publicly open and read aloud at the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, Conference Room 102, 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, California 94534, sealed bids for the following project: District-wide removal and installation of carpet flooring and floor covering materials. Contractor shall possess at the time of its bid, the following classification(s) of Contractor’s California State license:

C-15 - Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors

Interested bidder are referred to the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Purchasing Department website https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasing, for all communication, instructions, and forms. All questions regarding this RFP will be accepted until 4:00 pm on June 17, 2026 and must be submitted via email to: Virginia Casner at virginiac@fsusd.org - using the subject line of “RFP #2281- 27 Questions”. Only questions submitted through this process will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website for addenda and/or updates.
