NOTICE INVITING QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FAIRFIELD-SUISUN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive sealed proposals from qualified Bidders, up to, but no later than July 6, 2026, 10:00 a.m. local time and will not be opened publicly, for the award of contracts for the following:

Interested Bidders are referred to the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Purchasing Department website https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasing, for all communication, instructions, and forms. The RFP packet will be posted by 4:00 p.m. on June 21, 2026 to the Purchasing Department webpage at https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasing. All questions regarding this RFP will be accepted until 4:00 pm on June 25, 2026 and must be submitted via email to: Virginia Casner at virginiac@fsusd.org - using the subject line of “RFP #2288- 27 Questions”. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website for all documents, addenda, communication and/or updates.
