Lamont School House Repairs Questions:

Do you know if the paint on the exterior or interior contains lead? If so, do we

carry the abetment cost of this for the repair work to be completed? It is

unknown at this time if the exterior paint contains lead. If the project budget

allows for the acceptance of the add/ alt. to repaint the entire exterior, the

county will contract with a company to test and if necessary abate the paint.

Please confirm the intent to is to remove the oak floor to repair the floor joist

and put back as much original material as possible. If material can’t be

salvaged, repair with material as close as possible. Confirmed

Please confirm if foundation repair could be completed without the removal of

the oak floor is acceptable. The extent of structural repairs, if any, are

unknown at this time. The primary scope of work is to remove, refinish and

replace the flooring. Structural repairs will be addressed as necessary, and

covered by an allowance carried in the total project budget.

Please confirm all vines and debris will be cleared to complete the pressure

washing and painting of the entire structure. Confirmed.

Confirm no scope is included in the HVAC room besides painting doors.
