RFEI #26105 Winter Warming Shelter Partnerships 2026-2027 Season (PDF, 65.71 KB)
The City is seeking expressions of interest from qualified service providers, nonprofit organizations, government entities, faith communities, transportation providers, health facilities, and property owners interested in partnering to collaborate in operating a low-barrier winter warming shelter during the 2026? 2027 winter season.
Responses addressed to the Purchasing Office, Room 103, City Hall, 389 Congress Street, Portland, Maine 04101, shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Proposer and RFEI number in the subject line will be received until 3:30 PM; Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals can also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or in person to the address listed above.
Copies of the above documents will be available by contacting the City of Portland Purchasing Office either via e-mail at purchasing@portlandmaine.gov, or phone (207) 874-8654. Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal forms.
