City Wide Bridge Maintenance

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the City-Wide Bridge Maintenance Project. The work under this contract will consist of performing various repairs on existing city-owned bridges in various locations, mainly damaged by Hurricane Helene in 2024. The proposed scope of work includes traffic control, repairing erosion control issues, such as removing silt, repairing scours and undermining, masonry grout repair, mortar joint repairs, slope protection, such as rip rap, replacing railing and guardrails, timber pile repairs and repairs to utility pipes. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the job. It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, July 21, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., July 9, 2026.
