Greenline-Spartanburg Improvement Project Phase 1

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for its Greenline Spartanburg Sidewalk Improvements project. The project is along Dupont Dr near the intersection of Stag Street along Stag Street from Dupont Drive to Mt. Eustis Street, and along Mt. Eustis Street from Stag Street to Spartanburg Street. The scope of services includes construction of two raised intersections including storm drainage, sidewalk, curb and gutter, grading, pavement demolition, concrete pavement, traffic control, asphalt paving, and sediment and erosion control.

Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET. July 7, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., June 22, 2026.
