RFP: Science Park development
The City of Rochester invites you to participate in a Request for Proposals for the development of one or more sites in Science Park.
Science Park, located in the Upper Mount Hope neighborhood, is a planned development of approximately 38 Acres, created in the 1990's as a "High Technology Campus" to attract business with a research mission, and some light manufacturing and office building uses allowed.
