RFI-2027-DCYF-01-PROGR: Assessment of Sununu Youth Services Programming

Division for Children, Youth and Families

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (the Department), Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified organizations with experience in evaluating secure detention facilities, residential treatment, juvenile justice, and trauma informed care program.

The Department seeks vendor input on approaches to conducting a comprehensive assessment of current Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC) operations and recommendations for improvement, including considerations related to SYSC’s planned transition to a new facility. The Department is particularly interested in seeking responses from organizations with expertise in:
