Qualification Statements will be received by the Caddo Parish School Board through August 7, 2026, for the purpose of selecting Architects and Engineers to provide professional services for Capital Construction projects.

The Caddo Parish School Board (CPSB) has a need for professional architectural and engineering services from time to time. It is the intent of the board to review the need for those services and to appoint a competently qualified architect or engineer accordingly in an objective and equitable manner, preferably whose principal offices are located in Caddo Parish.

Professional services are required for renovation and new construction projects. The types of projects for which selections will be made include:
Building construction/renovation
Roof replacement/waterproofing
Heating, air conditioning & ventilation systems
Electrical wiring
Fire alarms & fire safety
Accessibility compliance
Environmental compliance
Drainage/paving
