NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the GOVERNING BOARD OF THE FAIRFIELD-SUISUN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, OF THE COUNTY OF SOLANO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, will receive sealed bids up to, but not later than, August 25, 2026, 10:30 a.m. local time, and will then publicly open and read aloud at, Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, Conference Room #102 at 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, CA 94534, bids for the following Project:

BID #2284-27 Asphalt @ FSUSD Transportation Yard

Sealed Bids must be received on or before 10:30 a.m., August 25, 2026, at the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District’s Purchasing Office, located on the 3rd floor, at 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, California 94534, and Bidders must ensure that the District time stamps the Bidder’s bid at that time. At or after this time, the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. Any claim by a Bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code § 5100, et seq. The District is not responsible for (1) bids received after the deadline noted above; (2) bids misdelivered, by any method, even to a different District address.

The Project consists of: Asphalt improvements including but not limited to asphalt sealing, repair, and replacement at the District’s Transportation Yard located at 2470 Clay Bank Road, Fairfield, CA 94533.
