Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 18th, 2026.

PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns seeks bids to provide landscaping, irrigation maintenance, and stair railings for the Courthouse from responsible contractors. The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to complete the Project. Bidders are asked to bid on two (2) separate work scopes: 1) Landscaping and Irrigation and/or 2) Misc. Metals Railings. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.

SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:

Work Scope 1:

• Landscaping: Remove existing landscape rock, mulch, grass, soil, and other landscaping materials as indicated. Provide and install new soil and sod where removed. Level and overseed remaining areas. Provide new mulch material and repair and replace landscape edging.
• Irrigation: Repair existing irrigation system. Install new sections of irrigation pipe and rezone heads where indicated. Provide new heads and valves where indicated, test and adjust the system.

Work Scope 2:

• Misc. Metals Railings: Provide new metal handrails and guardrails. New railings are to be galvanized and painted
