Job #1: Tree Trimming Services
Location: Turtle Place Transit Center | West 7th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660
Scope:
Prune and cut back approximately five (5) overgrown C-TRAN-owned trees as designated on-site by the Manager of Facilities or authorized designee.
Remove all hazardous or dead limbs, maintaining clear vertical clearance over walkways, roadways, and drive aisles.
Collect, chip, haul away, and dispose of all debris, branches, and clippings to C-TRAN facility standards upon completion.

Job #2: Tree Removal & Stump Grinding/Removal Services
Location: C-TRAN Administrative Building | 10600 NE 51st Circle, Vancouver, WA 98682
Scope:
Cut down, remove, and grind twelve (12) tree stumps below ground grade to facilitate future replanting by C-TRAN staff in accordance with City of Vancouver urban forestry standards. Remove and dispose of all grindings, woodchips, and debris, leaving ground cavities backfilled level with native soil or clean fill material.
Contractor shall call 811 (Call Before You Dig) for utility locates prior to initiating any subsurface grinding operations.
