Sealed bids for Snow clearing, Plowing and Removing as directed, at the above City of Portland Facility from November 1, 2026, until April 30, 2029, with the City reserving the right to extend this contract by two one-year renewals, shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name and Bid number in the subject line will be received until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All bids shall be submitted on the attached City provided forms and shall remain open for ninety (90) days after their opening. Late bids, faxed bids, bids without signatures and/or bids submitted electronically will not be accepted.
