RFP: Hazardous Materials Management and Analytical Services

The City of Rochester (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors (“Contractor(s)”) to provide environmental services, including but not limited to: hazardous materials management, sampling and analysis, waste profile characterization and disposal; indoor air quality assessment; asbestos, mold, and lead surveys; emergency spill response; above and underground storage tank inspection, operation and maintenance services; interim remedial measures; and remedial systems operations, maintenance and repairs (the “Project”).

It is understood that your firm may not provide all of the services listed. You may respond to this request for proposal for any of the services listed. If you choose to make a proposal and are selected, a time and materials professional services agreement will be executed between your company and the City within six to ten weeks after selection.
