Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Falls Park Conference Center District

The City of Greenville is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/contractors for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services in connection with the design and construction of the City of Greenville’s Falls Park Conference Center District.

It is the intention of the City to select a CMAR to provide expertise to the Owner and Architect through pre-construction and construction phase services for this project. The selected CMAR will serve as an integral part of the project team to provide expertise during the pre-construction phase. The services to be performed by the CMAR as related to pre-construction phase activities will include, but are not limited to, constructability reviews of design documents, cost estimating, cash flow projections, construction sequencing and phasing planning, and coordination of the subcontractor/vendor solicitation and pre-qualification.

Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, September 10, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 31, 2026.
