PROCUREMENT FOR JET SEWER CLEANING SERVICES THAT INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO JET SEWER CLEANING, VACUUM TRUCKS WET AND DRY, CLOSED CIRCUIT VIDEO INSPECTION OF 2 IN TO 144 IN PIPE EITHER SANITARY SEWER OR STORM SEWER, SMOKE TESTING OF SEWER TO DETECT INTERNAL CRACK OR LEAKS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR PORT HOUSTON CENTRAL MAINTENANCE.; 1) VENDOR MUST BE BRICK-IN-MORTAR; 2) VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE; 3) VENDOR MUST BE WITHIN A 20-MILE RADIUS OF PORT HOUSTON; 4) VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO RESPOND TO SERVICE REQUESTS WITHIN 24 HOURS; 5) LIST OF ITEMS IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE, OTHER SERVICES NOT LISTED MAY BE REQUIRED AND ORDERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
