The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids for conducting initial and periodic maintenance inspections (annually, semiannually or as often as is recommended per the manufacturer runtime hours) and hourly rates for as-needed repairs. Please see Attachment A for Specifications and Attachment B for Locations. ***The complete Request for Quote can ONLY be viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitations and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes and email submissions will not be considered.
