26-31 2026 Water & Wastewater System CIP Phase 1

THE CITY OF FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS (herein called the "Owner”), invites bids for its project, 2026 WATER & WASTEWATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN PHASE 1. Bids will be received by the Owner at the office of the Purchasing Agent until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 29, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed and addressed to Purchasing Agent, City Hall Building, 13000 William Dodson Parkway, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234, with the word "PROPOSAL" and the name or description of the project as shown on the front cover of the Contract documents.

This project generally includes the construction of approximately 2,962 linear feet of 8-Inch PVC water line by open cut, 3,400 linear feet of 12-Inch water line by open cut, 2,396 linear feet of 8-Inch water line by pipe bursting, 2,438 linear feet of 8-inch, and 4,366 linear feet of 10-inch SDR 19 IPS sanitary sewer line by pipe bursting, 24 - 5.0 foot diameter manholes, and approximately 3,812 square yards of 10-Inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement, along with all necessary appurtenances.
