DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT:
A&E services required to design all phases for planning, schematic, design and construction documents to include cost
estimates, construction admin of submittal reviews, periodic inspections, contractor payment processing, close out
document.
