Project Description: Yardley Borough is proposing the installation of new stormwater infrastructure to replace deteriorated stormwater infrastructure and repair a sink hole within a Borough-owned storm sewer easement in a shared commercial parking lot. The project consists of the replacement of existing storm pipe with 36-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP), connections to the existing storm infrastructure, installation of a new Type D cast-in-place concrete endwall, permanent pavement and landscaping restorations, concrete sidewalk restorations, and televising and cleaning of existing storm infrastructure. The full scope of work is detailed further in the Project Specifications and the Project Plans.
