Strategic Systems Programs intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS), P.O. box 98, Magna, Utah 84044-0098, for the design, construction, and commissioning of highly specialized facilities for the production of a strategic systems ingredient at the NIROP Magna, UT installation. This facility is used to support the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile Program in accordance with the approved Justification and Approval. NGIS is the contractor that has custody of the property and use of the facilities on which the work is to be performed. Interested parties should contact NGIS at the above address.
