For Strategic Planning Services
The City of Coachella is seeking proposals from experienced parties qualified to provide Strategic Planning Services. The Strategic Plan is envisioned to establish a long-term vision for the City and set a course of action for the next few years by establishing priorities, outlining actions to effectively achieve objectives, and setting a framework for reporting progress to the City Council. The plan should provide a summary of key objectives that will allow city departments to develop workplans to implement the Strategic Plan using key performance indicators to measure success.
