Project Description: Scope of Work: Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Broward County Health Department Clinic HVAC Replacement Project located at 2421 SW 6th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL., to replace the building’s Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve the interior working environment. The work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC replacement for the first and second floors. This scope involves removal and reinstallation of interior finishes as required for HVAC and structural work. Roof work is limited to the replacement of an existing chiller, exhaust fans, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. Associated ceiling work will be required for the replacement of VAV boxes, and related equipment. Roof patching will be performed only in areas directly adjacent to the work. This is not a full re-roofing project.
Requested Information: BPRO's Requested Information section identifies "required" and "optional" items for submittal, however all documents and information are relevant to the evaluation process. Therefore, vendors are strongly encouraged to provide all files at time of submittal, including those listed as “optional” in BPRO, to enable a timely and comprehensive review by the County.

The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit in advance of the closing date and time.
