The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Historical Commission (THC) seeks sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms for a Capital Project Liaison to work closely with the Executive Director in overseeing and managing capital projects aimed at preserving historical assets across Texas. The role of the Liaison will be critical in ensuring that all projects are executed within the established timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of construction, preservation, and interpretation. This position will play a key role in safeguarding Texas's rich historical heritage.
