Alvin C. York Medical Center Request for Quote IAW FAR Part 13 to provide drainage ditch repairs as outlined in the Statement of Work. Comparative evaluation of quotes will be done IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) with best value based on price and other factors. 100% set-aside for SDVOSB contractors.
