2026 CONCRETE CURB AND SIDEWALK BID

Project Description: Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is soliciting sealed bids for the following:
2026 CONCRETE CURB AND SIDEWALK BID
Sealed bids are to be submitted online via PennBid until Jan. 23, 2026, 10:00 AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Dublin Township, or a bid bond in favor of Upper Dublin Township, in an amount equal to at least ten (10%) percent of the bid price.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at the Upper Dublin Township Public Works Building, 805 Loch Alsh Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Please call 215-643-1600 (ext. 3810) if you plan to attend.
Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect or informality not material to the integrity of the bidding procedure or to a bid, and to accept the most reasonable and responsive bid that is in the best interest of the Township.
