| Synopsis | The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish one or more contracts for the provision of comprehensive language translation, interpretation, and communication access services for Arlington County. Services may include telephonic interpretation, face-to-face interpretation (on-site and remote video), document and website translation, audio/video transcription and translation, auxiliary aids and services for individuals with disabilities, and language proficiency assessment services. The resulting contract(s) will support effective, timely, accurate, and culturally competent communication with individuals who have limited English proficiency (LEP) and individuals with disabilities, ensuring equal access to County programs, services, activities, and information. |
| Amendment Description |
Arlington County has formally issued Addendum No. 1 to ITB No. N1392, Translation and Interpretation Services. This addendum includes a summary of the non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, responses to questions received from prospective bidders, revisions to Attachment A, Pricing Sheet, and an extension of the bid due date to August 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.Bidders are responsible for reviewing the addendum in its entirety and incorporating all revisions, clarifications, and requirements into their bid submissions.
