Guilford County Parks & Recreation seeks partnerships with organizations that can provide safe,
professionally managed, high-quality recreational services that enhance opportunities for residents while
maximizing the effective use of County-owned facilities and amenities. Organizations may submit proposals
for Golf Services, Youth Summer Enrichment Camp Services, or both. The County invites all interested and
qualified firms who meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on October 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. You may

During the bidding period questions will be taken until 2:00 P.M., on October 12, 2026. All questions
pertaining to this RFP must be emailed to the Guilford County Purchasing Department at
DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov.
