FY2026-A/FY2027 Major Capital Projects
Notice of intent to advertise for program management and design professional services for the FY2026-A/FY2027 state-
funded major capital projects listed below is hereby given by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.
A Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process will be utilized to select firms to provide professional services for these
projects. The institutions and project names are listed below.
To spread the work among as many qualified firms as possible, the projects will be solicited as a cohort. A firm may only
be selected for one project included in this cohort. For additional information pertaining to the solicitation of projects in
a cohort, refer to http://www.usg.edu/facilities/external_partners/consultant_selection_cohorts.
This Notice of Intent to Advertise is issued for informational purposes only and should not be construed as an actual
advertisement for services. This list of projects may be revised at any time at the discretion of the Board of Regents. All
official project solicitations will be posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry at http://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/PRSapp/.
