PORT OF BREMERTON is hereby seeking proposals for the removal of sludge from the LOSS system. The total estimated cost shall not exceed $50,000.

SCOPE AND NATURE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove accumulated sludge from the Lagoon of a Large On-Site Sewage System (LOSS). The system is located at Constance Drive SW, Olympic View Industrial Park, Bremerton, WA.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL INFORMATION AND SITE VISIT: Submit proposals by 3:00 PM (PDT) July 14, 2025, to: Port of Bremerton, Attn: Ellen Ataie, Contract Administrator, 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312. E-mailed proposals area also accepted to ellena@portofbremerton.org with cc to arneb@portofbremerton.org. Request a delivery and read receipt. A public bid opening will not be held.
